Abstract

|
Posttraumatic mediastinitis and mediastinal abscess are uncommon complications of blunt chest trauma generally. And there are often associated with poor results and carries a major source of mortality and morbidity. We experienced successful operative treatment of 1 case posttraumatic mediastintis with abscess and we report with related literature.
